I applied via a job portal. First, I was called by a member of talent acquisition team who introduced me to the company in general, described the offer in more detail, overview of the whole hiring process etc. Rather brief, yet informative talk. Next stage consisted of an hour long live coding of a small "To Do list" app (pure JS, though choosing some frameworks was also possible), then one hour technical talk about web in general (e.g. details about HTTP) with small JS coding challenge.
After passing this first stage, I was invited to one more technical round (pure JS, implementing drop-down according to some specs), one more soft interview about culture fit, and then interviews with hiring managers from two teams which were only about getting to know each other, potential project and the team.
After accepting one offer, I was quickly contacted by the HR team, discussed the offer details and signed the contract.
Overall, the process went smoothly, I felt well-informed all the time and interviews themselves were very nice. All the interviewers helped me to show my best and answered all my questions in a very open way. Great, friendly and well-organized experience 🙂
