I applied online. I interviewed at Bravington Capital (Southampton, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
Contacted from a mobile number, who then sent text messages, informal chat with MD in the office followed. Then an interview day, a full unpaid day where you are told not to check your phone (for the whole day?) Taken to a "client event" where you sit alone nearby answering questions such as "what 20 things make a good manager" "what does leadership mean to you" etc. You're not allowed to approach the staff you have gone with as you are not licenced to do so. Meaning you sit and wait. It's not a client event, it's people wearing charity vests trying to get the public to sign up. These people are paid only on commission, and out in the freezing cold. You would have to do this job, before progressing as you hit income targets, which are quite unrealistic, you never have any kind of salary.
I went regardless of Glassdoor, and some serious reservations and it was a waste of time that I could have been at work and being paid. I recommend signing up with promo agencies instead of this role.

Interview
Had a group interview where they tell you about the job and glamourise it to make it sound amazing. Got to the second stage which is a ‘trial day’, it isn’t. You are just made to sit in a coffee shop and write down answers to some very standard and easy questions, they give you an hour for each set of questions and it takes about 10 minutes so you are left bored for 50 minutes each time. Then they make you watch them as they approach people trying to shop, you have to stand about 2 meters away and you can’t even approach them or ask them questions.
Overall it’s just completely falsely advertised. It’s not event marketing it’s just standing outside shops cold selling to the public, you’d basically be an independent sales rep... not what they advertised the job to be.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very standard questions... nothing stands out, they just ask about your goals and achievements, nothing that relates to the advertised job.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bravington Capital (Southampton, England) in July 2016
Interview
Had a first round interview with MD who was instantly very friendly and approachable. Was offered to come back to an observation day to see more of the role. Got to see the basic process and was able to learn more about the business and marketing in general. Had the final
round interview that night where I was tested on some of the things that I learnt during the day and eventually offered the position with training included the following day.
