The interview process was very strange. One short interview every day for a week. They didn’t really ask me any important questions that you would usually be asked at an interview, just more questions about my interests and goals. There was also a 1 to 1 with the CEO which was very awkward and poorly organised.

I was welcomed by a lovely receptionist into a room where dragons den was playing on a TV screen. Then had a group interview with basic questions. There were 4 of us together

Interview
I really enjoyed this style of interview. After a first round I got to meet the team and they all seemed like great people.
From what I saw on my second interview which was a day of observation there were a mix of personalities and hearing about the team they come from varied backgrounds so I felt comfortable straight away.
I was a little bit nervous I was in over my head with some of the questions but they were there to help teach me
