I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Briddell Capital Group in July 2021
Interview
Submitted online application and received a zoom interview request. I came away unimpressed with what they offer and certainly by the person who interviewed me, his last name was never revealed. When I told him will be looking at other options that may better suit me, he quickly disconnected from the meeting without letting me thanking him for his time. THAT told me a lot about how the firm conducts business and certainly how this person manages.

Question 1
What makes you interested in becoming a Financial Advisor.
Interview scheduled. Joined the meeting - no show on the employer's part. Withdrew my app and interest in writing, but they had the nerve to respond disrespectful and with lack of professionalism by getting defensive and making excuses without any heads-up notification. Then the CEO took the time to call afterwards and yell at me and try to start an argument. Seriously. Then an email was sent to me that my application was "declined" after all this with a note of criticism that I need to treat people better when ACTUALLY, I already "withdrew" my interest and application. They took their time to be petty and overreactive via email, act completely unprofessional, and then try to harrass me over the phone after calling me twice. If that doesn't tell you this employer is toxic, don't know what will. Plus, there is very little info. available online to confirm the legitimacy of this company anyway which was going to be one of the concerns I would have brought up. But good riddance.
Video it was good. Interview was on time via video due to covid. Basic questions they offer training and you have to do sales. There is a commission structure. The questions were basic questions you get ask
