The interview process is always recorded (with your permission). They will ask you questions to determine your problem solving technique. They will agressively challenge you on your decision making and try to get you flustered. The review panel was not interested in the overall breadth of knowledge that you may have, if you are unable to answer their questions in a fashion that they feel will make you a good fit for the culture, don't expect to get chosen. I actually challenged the review panel asking them if they wanted to know more about my experience in which they responded no. If you intend to interview with them, be honest, be aggressive, challenge them.
