I applied through a recruiter. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Bridgewater Associates (Westport, CT)
Interview
Bridgewater looks at Values / Abilities / Skills (VAS) and weighs Values highest. If you have Abilities, you can get the Skills.
There were several phone interviews followed by several in-person interviews (most all day).
In every interaction, Bridgewater probes how the candidate thinks. If the candidate doesn't return the favor, that's probed too.
