I applied at the LSB, and it was an interview with the head secretary and the financial secretary. They mainly asked questions about my cover letter and resume. There were no situational questions
We sat down in a Conference Room and they asked me about how I work (if I could work independently and be a self-starter), my people skills, and if I could work under the pressure of deadlines.

Interview
I applied online and then emailed the hiring agent directly to make sure my application was received. I was invited in for an interview, met with my supervisor and her assistant, and was called a few days later with the offer.
