It was a phone interview followed by an in person interview. If hired, the process is pretty extensive. You’ll go through fingerprint as well as extensive background checks. Then you must wait to receive your state approval letters.

With the center director, she was very nice and kind; there was only one round of interview for me. Mainly ask about your experience with children. Received the offer the next day

Initial approximately 15 minute phone screen with recruiter. In person interview with center director occurred fairly quickly after passing phone screen. In person interview involved tour and an observation opportunity.
