Panel interview with about 8-10 candidates. First you are assigned a group activity so interviewers can observe your teamwork and communication skills. Then you share a little about yourself to everyone and If selected to move forward, a presentation interview will follow where you will be instructed to facilitate a specific lesson plan.

Interview was combined for two positions applied for and a referral for a third.
Interview relaxed to more conversational approach at end with Q&A on both sides.

A panel of three people conducted the interview, which was held after a short typing test. Interviewers were friendly and easy to communicate with. Questions were as expected, and I was asked to role play scenarios with clients at the close.
