I was interviewed via phone call and then asked to attend an interview on-site. The interviews themselves were fine; however the company is careless with potential candidates' time. After my first interview, it took about a month and a half for them to ask me to attend a second. After my second interview, I was never reached out to again. Both times I was told I would hear a definite answer within two weeks. I think that it is incredibly unthoughtful for a company to not notify a rejected candidate after attending two interviews and dealing with their mismanagement.
