Describe a time when you had to deal with an upset customer whose health insurance claim or coverage was denied. What specific steps did you take to de-escalate the situation, explain the complex policy terms, and work towards a resolution?
Pretty bad honestly initially applied in August for them to reply with an interview in October and then to say they haven’t gotten anything till February? The interview was alright and was pretty easy they send toh stuff to prep with so it wasn’t difficult

Interview
The process had 6 stages, most of it virtual. Started with an online application and final stage was an informal chat with the hiring manager. Everyone was friendly, communication was clear, and timelines were kept. Overall smooth and professional.
