Polite and professional. Asked several situational questions related to job and customer support. How do you work with others and what to do to escalate issues to manager. What to expect of shifts and work schedules
The interview process was easy and it seemed like they were looking for reliable workers to show up that would actually show up when they were supposed to and do their job.
