First Phone interview, the call was quick and straightforward. The call lasted about 20 mins. then you get scheduled for a shadow interview, that last for about an hour. From there you know if you got the job or not.

Basic interview requesting information regarding experience working with animals and handling blood, general unpleasant experiences, and responsibility. Application included a basic intelligence test which determined maturity and literacy as well as logic and simple math.
