I had 7 very inefficient interviews. I had to go to the company and leave work 7 times. After 6 times they were still not sure if i was a culture fit or they were simply making me hang on. The interviews were quite simple questions and asked the same questions during each interview. Please tell me about who you are...........When was a time you had struggle? How did you handle the struggle? How did it make you feel on the inside? Then there was the extra complicated personality and IQ tests. And then they had me come back in ...........and then they had me make something.....and then they had me come back in.........and then they had me meet more executives.....This was for an entry level position.
