1st video interview - Hiring Manager
2nd physical interview - Hiring Manager and founder
Offer letter in writing - given several working days after the last interview
The overall video and physical interviews were pretty chill and straightforward. I got the offer letter several working days later.
Upon inspection of the clauses in the offer letter, several concerns were raised but there was no response to any of my queries at all. It was pretty unprofessional.
For jobseekers out there, a few things to ponder about before taking up the offer:
1. There's no proper office, the office is basically inside a condo unit.
2. AL is just 12 days.
3. Medical leave is ONLY 12 days (based on offer letter) but the hiring manager said it's 14 days. Additionally, they're PRO-RATED. Go figure
4. Any medical expenses for your MC is out of your own pocket
5. Not sure if there are other benefits like hospitalization or compassionate leave
6. Payday is on the 7th day of the preceding month. However, it is actually on the last day of the current month according to the hiring manager, which is still pretty late compared to a lot of other companies.
