the process was very quick, after they reach out via phone, you take an exam that tests your ability. You must score like 95% percentile to be accepted. Then you accept the link once it has been sent

Interview
I took a practice SAT in a small room beside the center director's office, and once that was scored there was a brief interview. We discussed my teaching experience, style, schedule, and motivations for applying before I was offered a job on the spot.
