Interview
4 rounds of interview:
1. First round technical. Question asked about project I am working on with detailed eye on understanding about core of the project. Basics of testing. Write some test cases about mobile phone. Some questions about cloud computing (my domain). This interview lasted for 45 minutes.
2. Second round lasted for around 40 minutes with testing questions, puzzles, questions on virtualizations and cloud computing (domain) also some other technologies which were present in my CV (like SharePoint)
3. Third round was directorial. Question asked was detailed about current project and in-depth understanding. Some behavioral questions. It lasted for 30 minutes but toughest. Need quite an in-depth knowledge on the project in which you are working.
4. Fourth round was HR and it lasted for less than 10 minutes which is only discuss about salary and some of my basic details.

I tried applying through their website but never got a call. And then tried my luck via employee referral and got a call through recruiter in 2 days. An interview was scheduled for 2 weeks later from that day, at the CA office.
5 rounds of interview with 7 people. Mostly on Testing, Networking, Linux and Windows basic commands, logic and reasoning etc. None were too difficult.
Got a call back from recruiter in 2 days and the final offer in a weeks time

Result will be announced after all the three rounds and candidates will be evaluated cumulatively.
In technical round, your breath and depth of technical skills like DBMS, OS, Programming Languages will be tested.
but a sure shot question will be, "test this calculator or bottle or watch or some random thing"....just checking how apt you are for the profile.
HR is routine...leadership, character etc....but imp question would be "Why CA?"
you might be asked some random puzzles in one of the rounds too.

consider the prime set (11,13) (17,19) (29,31) and so on which have one number between them....prove that the number is divisible by 6. eg how 12, 18, 30 and so on are divisible by 6

It was more on the practical and the environment which you have worked on.
Hiring process was good.
They were giving update on a timely basis.
