easy interview... general questions asked...nothing much.... they asked about my clinical experience ... what was more difficult during my clinical...what are my strengths and weakness......what would i do when i was a situation and the patients health deteriorates
I think it was a very straightforward interview. I Answered questions about my background and I asked them questions about the department. It was low stress and personable. The people were very down to earth.

Interviewed on 3 units, panel interview was conducted with questions about my experience and personality. I was also given a rundown on how things worked on the unit, what the unit saw on a daily basis, and what the unit was looking for in a nurse.
