Interviewed with 5 principals. Recruiters are very slow. Great people overall and moved fast with interviews but once HR got involved it took awhile. Focused a lot on my resume and experience.
Normal interview process, a few steps, quick response to initial application and process smooth communication through HR team throughout the process. Transparent in process overall and feedback provided during the session.
went quickly. easy - only talked to necessary parties. all interviewers were enthusiastic and authentic. They believe in what we are trying to do and it came across immediately in the interviews.
