Quick, intimidating, and straight to the point. I didn't think I was going to get hired because I bombed the 1st interview. But what do you know, I got hired!

I did a phone interview that was only about 15 minutes long with a recruiter, step two I did two In person interviews with direct supervisors panel setting and human resources

Professional and direct but a positive atmosphere in which I was asked a variety of questions about my personal and professional background. There was a standard question and answer portion before I was given a specific work scenario with account metrics and asked how I would respond.
