It was a long one, but well worth the wait. I was called by the very friendly recruiting/HR team to set up an interview day. On the day of I spoke with two managers which were extremely friendly and laid down what I would do on a daily basis. I then waited about 2 weeks and a half, I was checking my job application portal daily. One day it changed to "Thanks for meeting us" and two days after that I got a call saying I was offered the job. Overall took about 2 months. Now waiting on the drug test and background to pass and then I will get a start date.

The questions were more behavioral than technical. Don't remember the exact questions but one of them asked about how you would disagree with your manager on how to tackle an issue and another would be when you showed initiative.
