Super easy, just asks about background skills and goals. She asked about my previous experiences and where I saw myself going with the company. It was hands on and I had the chance to check out the school and the classrooms and meet some of the teachers.

They ask a few questions, the process is fast and essay. The only thing they ask if you’re available to take a drug test and a criminal background, they ask about your availability.
