I applied online. I interviewed at Candidly in Nov 2025
Interview
Lengthy, drawn out. Met with 4-5 different people, completed technical assessment. Met with CEO. "big plan" was to sell their data to an LLM. Yawn. No one can create anything original anymore.. seems like everyones "big idea" is to sell something to openAI and hope to get rich.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Candidly in May 2025
Interview
I had a very positive experience interviewing with Candidly for a QA Tester position. The entire process was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. The recruiter was warm, responsive, and clear about the next steps, which helped me feel comfortable and prepared throughout. She answered all my questions during the process.
All of my interviewers were polite, respectful and very kind to me. The questions they asked were smart, thoughtful, and clearly tied to real-life testing scenarios.
I also had the take-home assessment. It was well-designed and meaningful—it felt like a real example of the kind of work I'd be doing on the job, rather than a generic or overly theoretical test.
Overall, I came away from the process with a great impression of the team and the company culture.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Candidly in June 2023
Interview
Several interviews and never heard from the company. Wasn't 100% interested and didn't follow up. Other than that everyone was easy to talk to and sounds like a great company to work for.
