One meeting with the recruiter and then one 3h long meeting with 3 different people from the engineering team. You get 3 tasks that check the same thing. These are not over complicated algorithmic tasks. My biggest problem with that process is that 3h is too long, and It doesn't make sense that It's 3 different meetings.
