Capgemini Invent GenAI Developer interview questions

An initial 10 minute HR call, and two 1-hour interviews (one technical and a final one with the managers). The questions asked in the technical interview were not hard, covering my background, Python, SQL, classic ML, deep learning, and GenAI. Got a positive response 45 minutes later, asking for documents and sending me a link to schedule the second interview. I couldn't continue in the process because they did not offer Visa sponsoring for this role based in Poland.
