I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini Invent (Houston, TX) in Sept 2015
Interview
On campus interview. I met with a senior manager specialized in IST, who would friendly talk about his experience. There are typically behavioral questions, and a lot of questions regarding my resume. Especially for someone with no much business background, this is a good test on your skills of explaining technical topics to nontechnical audience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your research experience as a undergrad/visiting student.
it was pretty easy but really well created. they made the whole process very comfortable. the questions were in depth. first round was pretty easy, but the second round was hard with a case study and lots of questions spanning over an hour.
