Very straightforward, they do a good job of laying everything out in front of you and ask if you want in. Any questions or concerns can be answered. Commission is a little confusing, but if you close you make money.

The interview itself was 5 different calls with 3 different people. Started from HR to the Sales manager and then all the way up to their CEO or someone of equal value. Very nice people and informative about the training process and what to expect for onboarding.
