Multiple interview process in which various department managers ask you situational questions and judge your responses as positive or negative attributes to the company. Following a few interviews they then collaborate and determine if each interviewee agrees on the positives and negatives of the candidate in question and if everyone agrees on the same points then they go from there. This was the hiring process, as described by my interviewer today.
