Interview was good, Interview made me feel comfortable and asked relevant questions. It was good experience. Working culture in Cargill shared by interviewer. Informed interview result on call itself which was quite good.

Initial Phone call with HR followed by 2 interview rounds with Senior Managers and Senior Analysts. I was offered the position the very next day. The whole process went smooth.

Describe what would you do if you have a conflict with a team member.
First round was a call with HR - straightforward, basic questions, recruiter would defer all role-type questions to hiring manager, short session.
2nd round was with hiring manager - hiring manager asked from a list of defined questions, went along in a mechanical fashion.

Multinational team with high level of professionalism, Position was made to sound amazing, I was disappointed at the final decision only.
