I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Caribou Coffee (Prior Lake, MN) in Aug 2017
Interview
They asked to sit down, and when we were all settled they offered me a free coffee just for showing up to the interview, after that they asked a few questions, were very friendly, went over responsibilitys that came with the job, explained the culture behind the company, and then offered me a job.

Question 1
What is one problem where you used teamwork to solve it?
In person interview after asking for a position in person and receiving a paper with steps to apply online. This was a U of MN caribou so it was pretty straight forward and I was hired after the interview the next day.
Did two interviews. It was cool. But two seemed a bit much for a barista role. But it did show they were looking for someone who was serious. It was pretty laid back and went well
