Interview
It's super relaxed. The manager first offered me a coffee drink of my choice and then we proceeded with the interview. They try to make it really positive and simple. It was one on one.
In person interview after asking for a position in person and receiving a paper with steps to apply online. This was a U of MN caribou so it was pretty straight forward and I was hired after the interview the next day.
Did two interviews. It was cool. But two seemed a bit much for a barista role. But it did show they were looking for someone who was serious. It was pretty laid back and went well

Interview
Straight-forward and simple, manager asked me about my experience, my availability, and how my being a full-time student affected my scheduling. Very professional, and clearly had strong corporate standards for processes and dealing with employees.
