Interview
I applied online for the internship and received an email from one of the supply chain managers about a week after I applied. I had a behavioral interview (approximately 45 minutes) over the phone with the supply chain manager, and I received the offer the next day. Overall, the process was very fast, easy and positive.

Question 1
This was a standard behavioral interview with typical STAR method questions (e.g. tell me about a time when you experienced a failure or a setback). There were no particularly difficult questions.
The interview was fairly easy, but they were really bad about following up and I never got a rejection letter, they just left me guessing. The questions were average and just a lot of behavioral.

The interview was behavioral questions and I was interviewed by 2 employees. It was pretty smooth and I felt comfortable during it. Focus on why you want to work for the company and the qualities you can bring.

Tell me about a time you faced conflicting schedules and what you did.
A few interviews, basic behavioral questions using STAR method, nothing unexpected. Not much to prepare for, just the basics like giving examples of instances you have been challenged or technical difficulties you have overcome. 1st interview is with one person, second interview is with two people.
