The interview process was a two step process. First there was a brief phone interview and then there was a interview view webcam where you were recorded answering several questions. The process was easy but it did not allow for personal interaction.

Job description given, and each person introduced themselves and what their group does. Given the opportunity to introduce myself, and describe my experience and how I thought it applied to the position.
