Process standard, telephone interview with 2 rounds of technical questions, the people interviewing are highly accommodating and knowledgeable, it was a pleasant experience. Questions were based on method development, validation and GMP environment.

I got a phone interview. There were some normal questions about yourself and your resume. They also ask about some technical questions on laboratory procedures. The questions were not very hard but you need to be prepared.

First one was telephonic with HR and the other two with HR and Manager.
They were very flexible with interview dates. Overall experience was good.
