The interview process was very straightforward. The first step of the process was a fairly short phone interview with talent acquisition. Next step included in person interview with multiple colleagues.

During the interview, I met with three people, including the recruiter. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely interested in getting to know me. I felt like they took the time to understand my background and skills, which made me feel valued as a candidate. The background check was thorough, and it was completed prior to receiving an offer. This seemed unusual to me initially, but given the time constraints around the holidays and the expected start date, I understood the reasoning. Overall, I had a positive experience and felt well-supported throughout the process. I am excited to start my career at Chamberlain University and look forward to what lies ahead!
