I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chase (Riverside, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
I applied online, had to complete a video interview a few days later. Then about 3 weeks later they gave me a call for interview at one of their branches. I interviewed with two women-- the interview itself was pretty easy with basic questions. They said if I was selected I'd get a call the next day. I kept an eye on Taleo and my submission status kept changing, as if I was getting closer to getting hired. The next day I got a call from a recruiter and told me that I got hired.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Chase
Interview
They ask mostly behavioral questions throughout the interview and really try to get to know you as a person. Interview process wasn’t difficult, but there were 3 rounds - first, meeting with the hiring recruiter, then area manager, and lastly the branch manager who I would have worked with.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chase in Dec 2025
Interview
Timely interview with recruiter and branch manager both were great. Asked about work history and gave a great rundown on daily expectations. The branch manager was nice and very forward on how she wants her branch ran.
