I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Chatham Financial (Kennett Square, PA) in June 2018
Interview
Interview process was GRUELING. First, it's a phone interview. If you pass that, you're pushed through to round 2, which is an 1/2 day interview that consists of an hour of testing and a two-on-one interview with HR and someone from the department. If they like you, they'll ask you to come back, yet again, but this time you'll have to meet with about 10 people over the course of several hours. Interview questions were relatively easy, it seems like they just try to get an idea of how you'd fit in with their elite workplace culture.

Question 1
"If you saw two co-workers arguing, would you intervene?"
"Some people can tackle many assignments in a short period of time, while others may work much slower, but ensure the work is completed correctly. Where do you see yourself on this spectrum?"
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chatham Financial (Kennett Square, PA) in Mar 2018
Interview
On-line brain teasers and personality questions at the time that you submit application, when you aren't expecting it. Followed by a phone interview with a very nice HR rep. I felt that the phone interview went extremely well. However, I can't help but feel that my incorrect answers to the brain teasers are what held me back. Their postings say that they look for academic excellence and that's not just lip service. I feel sure that they are looking for people who graduated with honors years ago and are highly intellectual. A smart person with a great work ethic is not enough.
