Chemtest interview questions

I applied via the website, and was then contacted to attend an interview on site. The interview was with my line manager, and an employee I would be working with. They explained the role to me, it was a chat with a few structured interview questions. It was quite relaxed and friendly. A few days later I recived an offer of employment by email, with documents to read and sign. My first day included half on the day with HR, reading, signing documents, and watching health and safety videos.
