I got an interview from a career fair. Then after that interview where I answered some coding questions, I went onto another interview where I did some more coding questions. This proccess repreated several times.

I had a two person interview team. STAR method used for questions. Low stress and inviting environment during interview. Explained process of decision making after the interview. Candidates will be evaluated after interview and will receive a response if chosen or not chosen.

Friendly HR and panel. They will make you feel comfortable before interview proper. A good balance of behavioral/ situational and technical questions were asked, and nothing too hard. I already saw myself working their immediately after the interview because of the culture and interactions with the people.
