30 minutes of face to face conversation. This conversation includes details about education, skills one has, interpersonal skill evaluation, family information. But one has to pass a written test before sit for the interview. The written exam consists of basic linguistic knowledge, mathematical knowledge and general knowledge.

I had a two person interview team. STAR method used for questions. Low stress and inviting environment during interview. Explained process of decision making after the interview. Candidates will be evaluated after interview and will receive a response if chosen or not chosen.

Friendly HR and panel. They will make you feel comfortable before interview proper. A good balance of behavioral/ situational and technical questions were asked, and nothing too hard. I already saw myself working their immediately after the interview because of the culture and interactions with the people.
