I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Chewy
Interview
The interview process went smoothly. I was contacted by HR one week after submitting my application. The following week, I had an interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a take-home case. The final round was a panel interview with four people over three consecutive days. I got the offer the following week. The total process took one month.
Extremely long and it felt unnecessarily long to be honest. I wish they could get straight to the point and assess the person a lot quicker. Nonetheless, everyone was nice and I feel the process was pretty smooth just the lengthy.

Interview
The hiring process typically begins with a screening call to assess basic fit, followed by a manager review of your qualifications. Next comes a take-home test to evaluate technical or analytical skills. If successful, you proceed to a virtual onsite interview to meet team members and discuss role-specific expectations. This is often followed by an in-person onsite interview for a deeper cultural and functional evaluation. The final stage, if all goes well, is an offer of employment. Each phase is designed to objectively assess qualifications, alignment with the company, and potential for success in the role.
