Interview was done over zoom as I was out of state. Managers were easy going. Questions were pretty basic, describe a time dealing with a difficult patient, describe how you deal with conflict at work, what are you strengths & weaknesses, what made you want to work at CHLA. I don’t believe there were any clinical questions.

1st interview was with the manager for the unit. About an hour long. Basic questions regarding my resume, experience, and desire for the position. Casual interview. Got request for 2nd interview. Got tour of unit.

Group interview with managers and peers. First part of interview was with the managers, they described the job details and work environment. Second part of interview was with a peer panel where they asked 4-6 questions and scenarios.
