Two separate interviews: One with the Field Leader (Area Manager) and one with both the Field Leader and Team Leader (Regional Manager). Very typical interview questions but really drilled down on processes, procedures and measurables.

A total bait and switch! I came in for a "manager" interview and was told that everyone starts on the food line, making $8/hour. The lady told me that with two promotions I could be an assistant manager... so it actually WAS a management position! Looking for work is difficult today, so completely wasting my time and theirs is lame. If you think you're going to a management interview, you might want to just stay home.
