It was very practical and a lot of role playing. It was a group interview so the assessors could see how we all acted within a team. It was an interview for the grand opening
It was very informal , very comfortable , the interviewer made it very easy to speak to him. It was in a pubic place just at the front of the restaurant but it was fine

Applied online and was invited to an assessment center a couple days later via email. Was called the next day after the assessment centre (where there was about 30 of us) to be informed i'd got the job.
