I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chloe Dental (Katy, TX)
Interview
It was a group interview and nobody was told until we all got there. The owner kept half of us there and asked everyone else to walk out which I can imagine would be quite embarrassing. By far one of the worst places I have interviewed at
I applied online. I interviewed at Chloe Dental in Jan 2019
Interview
I arrived for my interview and there were 6 other people there for the same interview and time. Chloe (owner of business) came out and introduced herself and told us all a little bit about herself and the company then left us with another girl that helps with the hiring. This was all done in the waiting room right when you walk into the business. We then were all given a piece of paper with questions on it about what Chloe had just told us about herself and the business. We were instructed to write our names at the top of this paper, answer the questions then wait. After completing this step we were then advised that Chloe would look over them and they would come back out and pick whomever they chose to have a face-to-face one on one interview with and the rest of us would leave. Unfortunately, I was not chosen so I got up and left along with four of the other girls. Only two were left to have an interview face-to-face. This was the biggest waste of time, money, and investment that I have put into finding a career. I do not understand how they can pick employees by going off a piece of paper. And just an FYI the questions on the paper very easy and they’re only looking to see if you were paying attention. I will never again apply at this company or recommend anyone to go through their hiring process. Very unprofessional and no way to get to know someones background work history ect.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chloe Dental (Cypress, TX) in June 2018
Interview
I was called within minutes of applying for position. I came in for interview on the same day and was interviewed by staff member that I was to be replacing. Interview was rather rushed, and interview was interrupted several times. After questions were asked I was invited back for 2nd interview. 2nd interview Was given by two front desk receptionist. It didn’t seem like they had performed interviews before, and seemed unprofessional asking questions. Might be good for someone who is younger.
