I believe the process involved 4 interviews. There was an initial phone call with a developer to just chat and get a feel for how I'd fit in culturally. That was followed by a take-home test that resulted in an in-person interview with more technology specific question. The this interview was another phone call with the Director of Technology. The final interview was with the President and Director of Production. Overall, the interviews weren't stressful as long as you know your stuff and feel comfortable having normal "work" conversations with those involved.
