Cie Software Developer interview questions

Step 1: phone interview with Recruiting (30 min), Step 2: phone interview with Manager(hour), Step 3: skills test (don't remember how long this took), Step 4: 3 back to back 30-45 min interviews with co-workers. They invited me to lunch, but I had to get back to work.
