The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cintas (Schaumburg, IL) in Oct 2011
Interview
Had a face to face interview with a Skill test before. I went an completed the written test and plant manager did not have time to show me around nor talk to me regarding the position. It felt like it was a waste of his time. There was never a call from the plant manager regarding the position or the test.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Cintas (Bossier City, LA) in Oct 2025
Interview
I began by describing myself and how I came to be here. I was asked a series of question that had me recall back to difficult times during my career, and how I negotiated them. They were extremely uncomfortable.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas (Durham, NC) in July 2024
Interview
Interviewed over the phone and asked general questions. Went in for first step in interview process and had to take 2 hour "Maintennce Supervisor Test". This test was the Ramsey type. It asked 100 questions about maintenance stuff. Some of the test was based on obscure maintenance practices and had nothing to do with the job. But any way I failed it, I am sure by not much but No one would tell me my score. The next steps would have been plant manager interview and general manager interview. Manager trainee was very nice though.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Omaha, NE) in May 2022
Interview
Initial interview was by phone with hr followed by an interview with plant manager. Then there is a testing process followed by two more interviews with plant engineer and regional engineer. Honestly one of the most lengthy interview processes I've ever been through to not even get a job offer.
