I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Circle K (El Paso, TX) in July 2015
Interview
The hiring process was fast if they really need a position filled in you will need to apply online wait a couple of days ( 3 to 5 days) after that call the store and ask for the manager and check to see how the application status is currently at. After that the manager will be busy doing his daily work and will ask for your name and number, by that time mostly you will get a interview for sure make sure you dress nicely for the interview first impression are always the best, please if the hiring manager ask you a question never say the following "Um" or "Ah" try avoiding that and sound a little more professional in order you land in a second interview or get training if approved by the manager.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for Circle K?
What makes you any different from the other applicants?
What are your weakness?
When are you available?
I had a scheduled interview with circle k and showed up 10 minutes early. I waited for the person at the counter to be free from customers and then let her know I was here for an interview. She looked incredibly confused and called someone on her phone. Then she said that they apologize but can we reschedule. I asked if there was an email or phone number I can reach out to and she just said come in on Monday or Tuesday. Needless to say I did not come back in and decided that this was not worth the hassle.
I applied online. I interviewed at Circle K (Raleigh, NC) in Mar 2026
Interview
Pretty easy, had an interview with the Store Manager. Just waiting for a call back. He mentioned he had interviews but no one in mind yet so still waiting. Interview was smooth and we discussed tasks, trucks and pay as well.
It was quick and straightforward. Asked about abailability and if it aligned with available shifts. We also covered basic job requirements, and main rules of the company. Wasn't stressful and didnt ask uneccesary questions
