Interviewed with Citi, Belfast, for different role just a few days prior. They were all Video Conference Interviews via Zoom. The interviewers were always the supervisor for the new role and hiring personnel for the role and would take turns asking questions.
The interviewers use the same template sheet they base on their Leadership standards asking similar or same questions. Questions are long and wordy. They went straight from introducing themselves to the first question on the sheet. They stuck to sheet in-front of them, taking notes and moving onto the next questions.
Tell me a time where you encouraged others through a change process. How did you communicate this? What obstacles or resistance did you encounter? How did you respond?

Video conference Interview with two middle office analysts and a HR representative. Competency and CV interview. Multiple questions from each of the 3 present. Analysts asked more around work and your current role and how that gets with the middle office citi role. HR asked STAR questions and explain points off CV,
Sound interview process, one round remote, there was two senior managers during the interview, one taking notes the other asking questions. They seemed pretty understanding and answered any questions I had asked to the best of their knowledge
